I was thinking on my way home today that car stuff used to scare me and I was always worried that something would happen and it would cost huge sums of money to fix. Really I felt powerless in the sense that a mechanic could tell me that such and such was wrong with my car and would cost x number of dollars to fix and whatever it was I'd have to pay it. I know most mechanics are honest hardworking people but there are a couple of times I've been places where I wasn't so sure about that particular case. Obviously if something big happens I can't fix that but I can change my own oil, glow plugs, power steering fluid, check my vacuum pump, do diesel purges, change my fuel lines and filters and hopefully in the future some other things too. I'm a good student and with this stuff I just needed someone to teach me what to do. Your manuals and directions have done that for me, and I just wanted to say thanks!
