Front turn signals not working due to a faulty bulb socket holder is a common problem with the W116 chassis sedans. I believe is due to a minor design flaw in the metal part of the holder. If you own a W116 I recommend you fix it now before a front turn signal stops working.
Many owners are surprised to learn that their early ML's hood can actually be adjusted to go almost straight up. It is not as easy to do as some of the earlier models where you only had to flip a couple levers.
The FLOW pressure method can be used to both check and set injection pump timing. Personally, Kent likes to use this method only when checking if the I.P. needs adjustment.
