If your fuel gauge stops working or is not reading accurately, many times it can be repaired by removing it from the fuel tank, taking it apart and giving it a good internal cleaning of the contact points, float shaft, and wires.

Works on the following:  6 cylinder gas MFI engines 1959 to 1972, 6.3 and diesel engines 200D 220D 240D 300D 300TD 300CD and 300SD through 1985. 

This is a perfect fit for the O.E. copper sealing ring. You only need one but we sell these as a set of two so you will have a spare.

This is for number THREE cylinder on the four and five-cylinder engines. No leaks. It may need to be straightened slightly for installation.

Fits the following: All 5 cylinder diesel engines from 1975 to 1985. For 300D 300TD 300CD 300SD,  PDF instructions included. This is the critical inside wear part of the injector that delivers the fuel spray into the cylinder. These are direct replacement new fuel injector nozzles from Bosch.

This is a brand new Genuine Mercedes check valve for the fuel injection pump on 4 and 5 cylinder diesels 1977 to 1985. 2 new copper sealing rings are included. This valve is mounted on inside of pump in the fuel line going to the filter.

With these old gas fuel injectors, sometimes you just have to "back flush" the insides to restore them to peak performance. There is no guarantee that back flush cleaning will restore every old gasoline mechanical fuel injector. Some are just plain worn out.

This is something many owner's and mechanics miss. That little check valve on the side of the injection pump can cause a lot of starting problems on the older diesels.

If you have had to remove any of the banjo bolts you can see that those sealing rings are getting quite old... when you see scoring in the ring the ring appears to be crushed, they should be replaced to prevent leaks and to prevent air from getting into the fuel lines.

Another wrench designed by Kent Bergsma and born out of frustration. This could be the weirdest wrench anywhere in the world! While shooting a video on adjusting the injection pump timing on an older Mercedes diesel Kent ran into a big problem.

This unique tank not only functions as an emergency fuel tank, but it can also serve to help troubleshoot diesel engine performance problems as well as complete a clean and efficient diesel purge.

We receive a large number of emails from customers complaining about small fuel leaks at the fuel injector housing (coming out the threads between the two halves)and how best to seal them. To fix this high pressure leak requires taking the injector apart and "lapping" the mating surfaces.

Leaking fuel injector pumps have become a very common problem in the 60x. engines produced from the mid 1980s to the mid 1990s. The early 60x.

Fits 116, 123 and 126 chassis diesel 1977 to 1985 only, including the 240D 300D 300CD 300TD 300SD. This kit should give you at least a years supply of fuel filters for your diesel.

These fit all 123, 116, and 126 chassis 616 and 617 diesels from 1977 to 1985. This includes 4 and 5 cylinder both non turbo and turbo engines.
