These are becoming harder to find in good condition. They were often used as the spare tires in these older models.
Off low mileage coupe and in dry storage for the past 25 years. Excellent condition as shown.
This is actually 2 sets of bumpers that will allow you to make one really good set. I have been working to get a nice pair for the past 20 years to go on that perfect 6.9 but time is running out. On to the next enthusiast.
6 "German style" non-cutting hose clamps as shown. These are wider than most to better seal the hose to the fitting. See our other hose clamp assortments below.
If you plan to replace, test, or service your electronic fuel injectors you first must determine which bottom seals you will need. If you have a 1970 or 1973 model, you most likely have the single-bottom seal (unless your engine has been changed).
Learn how to install this critical repair kit correctly and how to test your monovalve function on the bench. In this 13-minute video, Kent shares how to install the kit while avoiding problems. Get your cabin heat working properly again!
This fits the U.S. models with automatic climate control which include the 1982 to 1989 R107 380SL, 500SL, and 560SL + the 1982 to 1985 W123 ALL models + the 1981 to 1991 W126 sedan and coupes. This is an easy fix that you can do yourself.
Kent has learned that you really can not tell how good your v belts are by just looking at them, especially if they are over 15 years old. Kind of like old tires - they may look good on the outside.
For E430, ML430, E500, E55. S500, CL500, and SL500 through 2003. Every M112 V8 I have worked on starts making front engine bearing noise around 90K to 100K. Almost like clockwork! This is a service you will want to perform whether you have had your Benz for a long time or just purchased one.
Kent walks you through replacing a trunk seal on a 1970 280SL. The video is 13 minutes long and covers removing the old seal, cleaning the groove, trial fitting the new seal, and the final gluing procedure.
In this 24-minute instructional video, Kent shows you more than just how to change the transmission filter and the pan.
In this 19-minute detail instructions, Kent will show you how to get the old seal out, how to trial fit the new seal, and how to glue it in place properly. You can not believe how many seals we see that have not been installed properly.

Yes, YOU can fully drain all your transmission without using any type of "power flush." Full detailed video instructions are included. This kit is easy to connect and the process is quick and clean. Watch Kent's YouTube video below for full details.
For the past 20+ years, we have promoted H4 headlight upgrades for these old Mercedes. The original sealed beam headlight bulbs lacked light output, and we found them sometimes downright "sketchy" on dark roads, especially when deer were known to be present.
You will receive ten each of the following sizes: 8/12, 10/16, and 12/22. These are much better than U.S. style hose clamps that cut into the hose.
Kent shares with you 3 key steps that you should consider doing to get your old fuel injected 6 and 8 cylinder engines running properly. These include:
These require removal of the batter and possibly the brake booster to replace. They are split so you do not need to remove the sway bar. Plan to replace if doing work under the battery box area. Battery acid is hard on the right side.
These will no longer be printed when these are gone. They will still be available as a download. All books are signed by Kent. This is an end of an era for us. Most books are approximately 15 pages in length and covered with heavy clear plastic.
DO NOT ORDER UNTIL YOU REMOVE ONE INJECTOR IN YOUR ENGINE AND INSPECT THE HOLE. Sometime in 1974, Mercedes changed the way these injectors were sealed into the head to prevent air leaks. A "YELLOWISH" nylon sleeve was added along with two seals on the lower end of the fuel injector.
This kit has enough red clips (60) to do both sides on the 123 240D, 300D, 300TD, 300CD, 280E, and 280CE. You will receive the best tool to remove the side trim and the best tool to remove the old red clips from the side trim after removal.
You can not believe how easy it is to move and adjust your old seat after lubrication the tracks with this amazing lubricant! You will receive two full tubes plus the extension nozzle. This is more than enough lube to do the seats with four tracks on each side.
New quality aftermarket part as shown. Door panel must be removed to replace. Fits either door.
These quality 6.5 inch wire cutters are made of special steel, the blades are high-frequency hardened steel. Suitable for cutting soft copper wire, plastic wire, small cable, aluminum wire, soft alloy wire, jewelry making, multifunctional manual edge banding pliers.
I am throwing in the wires for free, so please, no complaints. They work and are not all the same color, but you could use them if you ever need to replace one wire. The two wire holders for the valve covers are also included from free.
GOOD used shoulder harness latch mechanism complete with rail holder and black plastic cover. MAKE SURE your LATCH HOLE is like the one below. Later latches had a smaller slot.
ONLY one available. These are the actual parts you will receive packed carefully.
Excellent used all-metal driver and passenger-side tail light bulb holders for early sedans. The later models were plastic. These are exceptionally nice units with very bright reflectors and clean bulb sockets.
I call this the hidden and forgotten bushing. Why? Because you can not see it to inspect it, it hardly ever gets changed. When these bushings wear out you will feel "weird" movement in your rear end, especially going over rough ground.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell the coil-over shocks. These can be purchased from numerous sources online. Kent used the shocks from Hiro Performance. You can use google to find these sources.
These are the rubber parts that often do not get replaced when working on an R107 front end to fix loose steering, squeaking noises, and erratic handling. These fit all 107s from 1972 to 1989.
A good kit for your R107 restoration. It includes a new OEM rear hood seal, a new aftermarket heater motor cover, and a hood opening extender to make installation SO much easier. Read a full description for each item below by clicking on the links.
In this 15-minute video, Kent will show you step-by-step how to safely remove the Bowden cable without damaging it and how to install it to get the proper connection. This is not as easy as it looks, and you can break it if you are not careful.
In this 9-minute instructional video, Kent explains how to set up his injection pump cleaning and testing kit ( available separately ), and use it to clean out old fuel injection pumps of gum and grime, and then how to test them to make sure they are delivery fuel through every line.
This is the best way to determine if the expensive injection pump is going to work for old 4 AND 5-cylinder diesel engines that have not run in years. Watch the video below to understand what this kit can do.
Watch the video below to understand what this kit can do. Ensure your injection pump is thoroughly cleaned and lubricated before starting the engine after long storage.
We know you will be very happy with the quality of these plastic headlight surrounds!

Here are the titles, dates of printing, and total pages in each of these four factory training booklets. IIS
Good used LEFT reflector as shown. Not perfect but better than most. This is the actual part you will receive. We cannot guarantee that all the bulbs will work as this part has been in Kent's storage for 20 years.
Failure can cause cabin heat to drop off when the car runs at idle. Easy to check by removing the wiring plug and applying 12v power to determine if it is running.
In this 20-minute instruction video, Kent will show you how to take his short kit and combine it with a tester that you can purchase online to make a leak-free, reliable, and accurate fuel pressure tester for Bosch CIS fuel injection.
Both items you see above with complete video instructions. Click on each product included for more info. There are other parts you may want to replace at the same time such as the water pump, thermostat, short hose, and radiator hoses at the same time. See related products below.
It has been over 30 years since the last Mercedes with Bosch C.I.S. fuel injection was manufactured. If you own a 1976 to 1993 Mercedes gas engine with this type of fuel injection, you may have difficulty finding someone to work on your car. In some parts of the country, it may be impossible.
Originally this was a two-book set. The larger book covered all things related to the 190 Ponton. Most mechanical components were the same between the sedans and the SL. The supplement manual covers those things related specifically to the SL - body, top, twin carbs, etc.
It seems like you never needed a 16mm or 18mm wrench or socket until 1996. After the intro of the W210 things changed. This set of 3 quality U.S. made tools consists of an 18mm stubby combo, an 18mm deep 3/8 drive socket, and a 16mm short 3/8 drive socket.
These were removed from a W115 240D. The holes in the power window models are in the same location so this is a direct bolt it. You must cut small round holes in your door panels for the window cranks. All regulators are in good condition.
