Mercedes 114, 115, 107, 116, 123, 126, 124, and 201 chassis window trim has a super strong anodized coating that is impervious to hand polishing but still can oxidize when exposed to harsh environmental elements. When this happens the trim becomes spotted and milky in color and it is NOT pretty!

New Meyle heavy duty subframe mounts will eliminate rear-end wiggle and sway typical on these older chassis. No specific instructions are included but we do offer these tips for successful installation. A small tube of silicone grease and brush applicator are included at no extra charge.

I have been discovering this is one of those maintenance areas that suffers from severe neglect. Failure of the rubber support or center drive shaft bearing can cause all types of improperly diagnosed vibration problems - some commonly change with vehicle speed.

It would be near impossible to find a better one. There is not even any crazing in the plastic and the fact that the top of the wheel is not cracked shows the car had been garaged. Kent has had this in storage for over 20 years. It came of a low mileage W111 couple.

If you have a VERY slow leak in your Airmatic Mercedes, it can be very frustrating trying to find it. It could be in the valve block, one of the lines, or the Airmatic strut itself. If you can not hear it, small leaks in the strut can be the hardest to find.

The wiring plug covers must be removed with a special tool in order to install these boots. The old covers will break when you try to remove them. We recommend you buy new wiring covers when replacing either my aftermarket custom-made silicone boots or the original rubber boots.
You can use these to remove the wires and just replace the plug cover on your D-Jet V8 engine. Most of the originals are brittle or broken due to heat. As an alternative you can use butt connectors and wire them into your existing harness.
